Antidepressant and Benzodiazepine Tapering and Withdrawal Virtual Support Group
Join us for a 10-week virtual support group focused on supporting the unique challenges that come with tapering off of antidepressant, benzodiazepine, or antipsychotic drugs (also known as psychotropic medications).

In this group, we will explore various themes associated with tapering these medications including how to work through anger, fear and overwhelm, how to build resiliency and healthy coping skills, and how to understand your mental health challenges and support your process of recovery.
The group is intended to be a safe space to help you understand, process, manage and heal the various experiences that come with being prescribed antidepressants (or another psychotropic medication) as well as the process of coming off of them, alongside others who are experiencing similar challenges.
Regardless of where you are at in your tapering and recovery process, if you are interested in exploring these themes in a group environment, this may be for you.
