Individualized Hyperbolic Tapering Plans : NP Led
Discontinuing psychotropic medications can pose challenges that may be an unexpected and unpleasant surprise to those who have been continuously taking the medication for a prolonged period of time. In this service I work with individuals from the start to the end of a hyperbolic taper, providing guidance and support throughout the journey.

Hyperbolic Tapering Consultation : Community Led
This service is for individuals who wish to work with their primary care provider in the community (ie. with a GP, NP, Psychiatrist, ND) to hyperbolically taper off of psychotropic medications. I conduct a 60 minute consultation to learn about the medical, psychiatric and medication history and compile a personalized tapering plan to be brought back to the primary care provider for implementation.

Protracted Withdrawal Coaching and Support
This service is for individuals who have been diagnosed with protracted withdrawal syndrome, or those who think this is possibly the cause of their concerns. While protracted withdrawal can be challenging to "treat", I can work with individuals to help them understand their options, how to cope with the current situation, and provide a supportive ear when in need.

Training, Mentorship, Consultation and Speaking Engagements
I am available to provide training and education to healthcare providers on topics such as ; psychotropic hyperbolic tapering, and ketamine assisted psychotherapy.

I enjoy mentoring newer generations of registered nurses and nurse practitioners and offer regular and as needed mentorships.
​
I also consult with businesses and healthcare agencies who may require the services of a practitioner and healthcare leader for business development and or medical service consultation.
